Mixture of reasons: 1. For a great before and after pic (currently my motivation) 2. To look amazing! 3. To be able to buy a Celeb Boutique dress and totally rock it! 4. 4 members of my family have passed away (including my dad) of heart related issues early in life - It wont be me!

I no you are looking for advice, but you have to take some responsiblity for yourself. Like some other posters have said no one is forcing you to eat these. I know old habits are hard to kick, but it depends on how much you actually want to change your lifestyle and weight. Try subsituting sweet treats for a better choice…

Yes! For the last week I have put the scale out of my sight in the cupboard. I have got it out once to weigh though :/. It will be coming out tomorrow though because its weigh-in day!

If you are just starting out then it is normal to lose weight quite rapidly at first. Also, the more over weight you are the quicker it will fall - although I am not sure why. I wouldn't worry, it will slow down more and more as you get closer to your target weight.
