Everything is an allergen if you are allergic to it... nuts, fish, eggs soya. They don't outlaw these and I am sure alot of people are allergic to them :/

It makes you sweat, therefore makes you lose water. Unfortunately, we dont sweat fat out! It will help with lots of other things though, if it maks you feel better then it must be good :smiley: Hygine, it depends on where you go if they clean it sufficently etc.

Eggs are my staple. They are full of protein and keep you full till lunch. You can cook them so many different ways which are quick and have them with almost anything they are great for breakfast.

I am also losing for my wedding! I am getting married in January 2016 and I am hoping to lose around 21lbs. I already have my wedding dress which is a size too small, so I have to shrink to fit. Don't beat yourself up about it and move on. I see cheat meals and treats as good motivation as long as they are in moderation. Speaking from experience if I don't allow my self a treat then I more than likely end up on a huge binge.

You will lose weight, but it probably wont be fat and it wont stay off. As soon as you start eating normally, even if it's gradual you will gain it back. It's just a fad.
