I pan roasted a cup of cherry tomatoes from my garden with 1/4 cup red onion, garlic and 1/2 cup mushrooms. Once all browned and yummy I put it in a bow with some light shredded swiss cheese. I soft cooked an egg and put that on top. It was amazing!!!

While I agree that for many people - excuses come easily, I have to disagree that it is the only reason for everyone.
