Has anyone tried the "21 day fix" by Beachbody?

I just ordered the 21 day fix last night as I think my issue has been I don't know the right combo of fruits, veggies, protein, carbs, etc to eat every day so this guide looks so helpful. Has anyone tried it yet and if so what have your results been?

21DF will TOTALLY help you with those issues! I'm done the program and STILL use the containers - worth EVERY penny!

I couldn't follow the program to a T with my newborn but I did most of it and had several friends doing it with me and EVERYONE succeeded in losing between 4 - 12lbs in 21 days and most are going for a second round they loved it so much!

    Feel free to friend me!

I just started it yesterday! I've loved the workouts so far - yesterday's was killer and I'm feeling it today - today's was great as well. The meal plan I found a little overwhelming in the beginning (as far as figuring out which containers to eat when etc) but after doing it for 2 days and reading the book along with watching some meal prep video's it's way easier now - just takes some getting used to.

I have a friend who is a Beachbody coach who tried it because it's her job and all. She said that it was good for teaching people portion sizes and how to eat if they have trouble with those things, but the program wasn't anything spectacular nor were the results anything to write home about. She also said the meal plan was depressing and sad. At least she got some new tupperware out of the deal.

I am on Day 3 and I love the meal plan (we don't do shakeology though). It was a lot more than I thought it would be. The only thing that I've had to cut out of my diet with this meal plan is sugar and sweets...and that was my downfall so I know I needed to take that leap. I can't eat just a small portion of sugar/sweets, I have to finish the entire dish/pan/bag, etc. So I think going a length of time with out eating junk will be good for me.

Also, I love this because I realized that even when I was eating within my calories I was still getting too much carbs and too little fruits and veggies. It's shown me a lot about not only portion control, but balanced meal planning. I'm only on day three so I can't give you success rates except for NSV: I don't feel crappy, I don't feel lethargic, I have energy, I'm sore from the workouts but have had great nights of sleep the past two nights.
