SLOW DOWN... you are running to hard, hence the side stitches. Slow down, I learned steady breathing by concentrating on the ABCs while I was running, A-B-C-D breath in, E-F-G-H breathe out. sounds funny but it worked for me in the beginning. =)

You don't have to give up wine and cheese. I have both 2-3 times a wk. The idea is to make it fit into your day. The comments about stopping with the quick adds is so you can see the overall macro counts, not to criticize. Additionally, psychologically, seeing a diary filled with actual food is quite motivating!

agree with this to a degree, HIIT after lifting is boss. You can do cardio on rest days but it's a good idea to keep it low impact; walking, swimming, biking New Rules of Lifting is where I started... loved it. Get the physical book tho, not an ebook =) Strong Curves is my current love =)
