You really do get out of this what you put into it. The fact that you are doing Qick adds repeatedly seems to say to the vast majority that you really aren't putting anything into it. Lean, quality protein and healthy fats along with lots of veggies is going to equate to a lot of food. Try it =)

TGIF!! Beeps - happy lifting! princessofredrock - sounds like you shocked your muscles with that kettlebell!! I indulged in the candy last night, just 124 in the red so I'm good with that. I got my lifting in this morning, supersets!! Tacked on 3 extra rounds to my HIIT afterwards, just for good measure from last nights…

YES!! but unless you know for sure how many calories you burned, a safe bet is to eat back 50 - 75% =)
-
Increase to 125 for me please =)
-
MFP told you 1200 because you probably chose sedentary and want to lose 2lbs a week when you set up your account? If you were active, it would give you more calories to eat. =)

I am totally with RM on this one... you look fantastic and I would NEVER have thought 32.7%, EVER. My guess would have been 25% tops. Keep it in a spreadsheet somewhere, not in your head to fester with self-doubt. The little I know about you thus far, you will take this as a challenge and push yourself harder! Get back to…

Happy Monday! alf - I lift 4 days a week in the morning fasted, with a 15 minute HIIT tagged on after and then a run on those days after work, those are my work days. I do low intensity cardio the other 3, usually 60 minute walks or swimming. samuel - I love deadlifts =) are you doing a full body routine on your lift days?…

Welcome newcomers, join in the chat! MichelleNRgzed - I'm north of you in Prince George! Sounds like you know what needs to get done. =) alf - yes, it sounds like a lot for someone who isn't eating anywhere near that much but you do need to eat at a surplus to build up muscle. A huge jump wouldn't be the way to start...…
