So I was thinking we could do some weekly challenges, like tackle an exercise you have trouble with or introduce one new food to your diet, or burn so many calories in a week... who's in?

Hi there, I just joined the group... I too am on a mission to be 40 and fabulous!! I turned 40 last December and started my journed in February of this year. I started out at 262lbs and am now 216. I am kicking it up with a 10k race goal for the spring and doing some HIIT as well. Any of you doing this too? Deb

To make this work, I want to eat ALL of my calories right???
if I told the system that I wanted to lose 2lbs/wk and it told me 1200 is my daily calories, I want to make sure I use all those plus the ones I earn from exercise right?? cuz I'm already below my BMR... hope I don't sound daft =)
