I stated my lifestyle overhaul in February of this year. I was 262lbs. I'm not going to say it was any one thing that got my butt in gear but I just wanted to feel better, breathe easier and pay less for my clothing!!

To date, I have lost 46lbs with diet and moderate exercise. Now I am taking it up a few notches with HIIT and working my way up to a 10k race in the spring.

I have a great support system with family and friends and could also use a few on here too. If you have 50+ pounds to lose and have taken up running, send me a message!
