The problem is that professionals have come up with so many eating disorders that we all eat disorderly LOL. Exactly what is a eating disorder? I got one... I do intermittent fasting, I am a carb addict I love carbs I love to overeat then fast! Sometimes I wonder if these organizations are really on our side.

I still don't understand the math behind 1200... Unless your a petite person who doesn't exercise you need a little more to at least stop the PMSing... I think a lot of woman on here on 1200 blame PMSing for their moodiness but the reality is low carb diets and low calorie diets does make this happen to you.

My diary may be scary to some... I eat pop tarts, pbj and pretzels almost every day. I also eat chicken breast, broccoli, banana and some whey protein. The least I would eat is to your BMR anything less than your just asking for trouble long term

Have you had a diet break??? Or a training break? I know when I get stuck eating double or triple my BMR for couple days always gets me unstuck. Also stopping all cardio and just doing lifting only for couple weeks also helps.

CLA never did anything for me. The only things that I only take now are creatine, a multi and some whey isolate. I have experimented with stuff for over a year and nothing really worked except what I have listed.

Who says wheat is evil? Maybe you do with your experience with it but it isn't evil! We eat healthy foods that we really don't know how they are made... Everything can cause cancer when you think about it

Carbs make glucose better than proteins or fats. We may not need carbs but I sure as heck will feel down without them.

Carbs are not the enemy nor are they evil. Quality does matter of any type of macronutrient be it carbs, fats or proteins. Eat them all good foods!

Creatine is the best strength builder and good for the brain too. Fat burner wise? Nothing beats EC stack period. I have tried carnitine and CLA they just made me poor!

When I was counting I was only counting the major items I consumed. Even accurately counting calories is after all only an estimate.

This ^^^ I don't eat until 6pm most nights and I am never hungry before this time. I think its more to do about conditioning and adaptation than anything else not science per say because science can approve or not approve a certain way of eating and we all know that meal frequency meals squat.
