My body doesn't know if I am eating donuts or broccoli... I get high on donuts and gassy on broccoli so I choose donuts LOL

Of course they matter.... Don't fall for that Taubs ****! Carbs are good eat the freaking carbs! Eat the carbs! Just eat! Calories matter all the time but pop tarts are a free food so eat those any time as they don't count.

I don't think its any food in particular although a high fat diet that includes good or bad fats can make you run more. Take for example coconut oil that stuff oils you up good!!!

This year nada except a $5 Tim Hortons card and a Christmas buffet. Last year nada, year before nada and year before $500 Company sent out an email to everyone except managers and supervisors that there was no bonus this year... way to light a fire and decrease productivity.

Worry, anxiety and fear can make things worse and make you eat more than you want too. Eating should not be stressful it should be enjoyable.

For me personally being once with insulin issues ad all that from carrying an extra 100 lbs for me I never counted when I lost my weight. Tree years ago I came here and counted for a while. I then stopped, last year counted for a while and quit it. Thinking about food too much puts me into a anxiety mode and fear sometimes…

I do not track for this specific reason. I rather watch my portions then pull my hair out with number crunching. Saying that though when I did track I would just take the average calories of the choices listed and pick the middle one.

But the labeling is the problem just like a fat person gets depressed or whatever when they are called fat etc... Ok maybe not best example but hey its the truth. Same with "obesity" its largely a term thats used out of place sometimes and it seems all of these eating disorders either promote anorexia or obesity.
