I can't help you in the kettlebell department, but do you eat any exercise calories back? It could be that you're not eating enough otherwise. Try switching up your routine more also. Throw a swim in there in place of your regular workout. The kettlebells should be great strength training also!

This is a funny one for me. I ran a half-marathon in may and love running and run as many days a week as possible, 3ish miles. I'm 5"2 and don't look like I run. I think I surprise people because I'm heavier (although I've lost 98lbs) and very muscular for a female. No thin "runners legs" here!

I feel the same way!! I personally have never been able to achieve sore abs though. You might be the same way!? I've done 2 of the workouts back to back and felt more sore in my butt & thighs!

My favorite way (people think I'm weird, but I SWEAR by) add a little fat free or light miracle whip and sprinkle chilli powder....eat plain, on a salad, on a sandwhich, or dip into with crackers. Anytime I have anything with tuna that I haven't made, I definitely miss the chilli powder :) Try it folks!

I've been known to snag a mini-blizzard here and there myself ;) I've heard several experts suggest planning ONE cheat meal per week. I don't do that. I dont really have a cheat meal every month...so to me, if I "need" a blizzard and the little mini fits into my calorie allotment..pff, "Yes Please"
