I'm OP. Like someone already mentioned here, I just need reassurance on the jumping issue. Thank you everyone for contributing so much to my thread. I did not really expect to get so many feedback. This is a public place. When one dares to ask a question here, ones should be prepared for all kinds of answers, right?. I'm…

Thank for your confirmation and humor to cheer me up. Like I said, I am desperate and depressed that I think maybe jumping disturb implantation process. I know it sounds ridiculous. Please pardon me. My husband will get checked for sure. I will do other tests as well. It's just that we can't seem to find an available…

I'm 5'0, skinny fat. I went from 118 lb to 107 lb (30% to 25% bodyfat) in 7-8 months which is longer that it should have. I think this is because I love eating cookies, ice-cream, bakery, pasta, and pizza. I've been maintaining for 2 months now by enjoying more cookies, ice-cream, bakery, pasta, and pizza which I'm sure…

I'm not living in USA. When I started a couple months ago, I used 3 free-counting-calories websites altogether. After 2 weeks, I keep only MFP. I find that food database of MFP has most variety of foods, including load of international cuisines. I would like to try websites like WW, too. However, it's impossible for me to…

Whether I reach my goal or not, going on vacation is a must. My husband will kill me if I tell him we can't go on vacations because I haven't reach my goal weight yet. I just want to look good before summer vacations, and be able to wear my size-4 designer coat again next winter.

I just got HRM for Christmas. I would like to how much calorie I burn, so I can push myself harder. If you work out indoor at home, maybe you just need good sport bras. Any pants and tee will do the job. I use sport clothes only at gym. At home, I just wear sport bra, comfortable shorts, socks, and shoes.

I think the things that contribute to my weight lose is that I change my diet to more healthy food, no pasta, pizza, chips. For the exercises, mine are much lighter than yours since I'm always inactive. On Sat and Sun, I do 30 days shred of Jillian Michaels at home with 2 lbs dumbbells. On Tue and Thu, I walk 3.5 mph with…

I've tried this Banana Scrambled Egg and it was amazing. http://www.food.com/recipe/banana-scrambled-eggs-458492 I just mash 2/3 or 3/4 of banana and cook the remainder in small chunks together with scrambled egg. I've never added honey.

I'm 27 yrs old, and 5'0. Now, I am 115 lbs. I'm new here. I don't have any good suggestions for you, just want to share my experience. When I was in college, 5 years ago, I weighted 105 lbs. The only exercise I did is 1 mile walk every weekday with heavy textbooks from campus/library to my apartment. However, when I…

Thank you everyone! I'll stick with my push up bars, but also I'll try to add more rep and move faster to increase intensity.

I am 27 years old, 5', and 116 lbs (started at 119lbs). I want to get down to 109 lbs at least. My ultimate goal is 103.5, like I was 5 yrs ago. It would be too difficult though. I work out 3-4 days per week, but I have difficulty sticking to a 1200 calorie limit. It would be a long way to go for me. I want to get in to my…

I've been doing 30DS for almost 2 months now, just 2 days a week though and other 2 days I go to gym. I think I will finish level 2 this week, and go on to level 3. I am petite, just 5 feet tall. I've lost 3 pounds with this routine, from 119 to 116. I have problem keeping my daily intake below 1200 kcal though. Sometimes…
