  • Hi all, I am Pam. I successfully finished the challenge in October, tried November and made it until the last week (Thanksgiving) and then took off the last 2 months. I am ready to get back on track again and this challenge really helps me stay focused. Good luck to everyone and remember to do the best you can do each day.
  • Congratulations on making it a year and being able to see the results of all of your hard work. You look amazing! But I agree, you were very pretty before and wore 270lbs well. Looking forward to seeing what you can accomplish in the next year.

  • I'm 5'8"/45 yo and currently 170 is my goal. Once I hit that, I will probably work on losing another 10-15 lbs (my goal is to get as thin as I can before I hit menopause). I am large boned with big boobs/hips.
  • Hi, I just accepted your friend request. I am 45 and definitely understand how weight can just creep on if you are busy taking care of others and not paying attention to yourself. Just being conscious of what you are eating will move you in the right direction. Good luck in your journey.
