Ok I had a bad week when it comes to exercise. Horrible weather and a big car mishap! I just want to check in and let you all know that I am still in this challenge and I just might be trying to get my miles in 3 weeks instead of 4! Coco

I eat rice with everything right now I just try to closely watch my portion size. , so I just might have to try this. Thanks!
