I have had an apple everyday for so many yrs I don't know how to give it up lol I eat lunch at 12 so by 3:30 I am hungry. Then dinner at 8. It's tough. I used to buy the biggest apples now I try and pick out the smallest ones so that is a step forward:)

I have it every morning at work, I don't do the packets I just put 1/2 cup of reg with water in the microwave for 1 min I usually add a TBS of cranberries, walnuts,honey and a pinch of cinnamon.

I am a newbie here, 53 and struggling with 13 lbs that won't go away since my hysterectimi 3 yrs ago. Bound and determined to get it off but can use some help.
