  • 160 trying to get to 120. I'm allowed 1200 I just started so hopefully I will see results soon.
  • It took a year too, to get where I am. I did not see it right away though. It snuck up slowly but so slow as to where I did not notice until about a month ago. It is a bit depressing.

  • Great minds think a like. I put my info in for the day and I've earned 3000 (okay a bit of an exaggeration) but it does defeat the purpose of burning calories just to put them back on. Maybe they do that just so you don't feel deprived and you feel it is more as an award. ???

  • when i was younger, I would hear my sisters friends talk about spin classes and I tried to convince them that I could join because I would be able to keep up. Just to show them I spun around in circles till I was dizzy and feel over. I guess I couldn't keep up after all. :laugh:

  • We havea water cooler. We bought one of those 5 gallon bottles, fill it with filtered water for one dollar, we are set for a week or two. Room temp or cold water, a touch of lime squirted into it does help. But I like water either way so I am good. Although I do not get my daily intake. That is changing today though.…

  • lately I've been weighing myself everyday and get frustrated of seeing up and down numbers. Sickens me. I've heard you should do it once a week. I think I will try that so I don't get frustrated everyday. But rather once a week. :happy:
