proper amount of water
Not sure if this has been covered here or not, but I'll say so anyway. to get the proper amount of water take your weight and divide by 2 and that is how many ounces of water that you should be drinking. idea! and question.
I just totally thought of an idea! Currently I have my calories set at 1200. Problem with that by lunch time I have come really close to going over with only 20 calories to go (such as the case today) and then when dinner comes obviously will put me way over.
