Starting right once again
Okay, so I've been on this board a little while now. I was totally greatful to loose the pounds that I did - 6 pounds! Then slimply over night it came back. I didn't weigh myself for a few days after that and the day that I did... it all came back! :sad: I'm so bummed. I wonder if I should decrease my number of calories…

New water intake amount
So, I was watching the news this morning while I was getting ready for work and I heard them say that for a healthy body, Women need 9 glasses of water and men should take 13. This was said to help with weight loss. If anyone can re confirm this please post. Thanks! :smile:

I just ate dinner and still have 126 calories. I'm either at or just slightly passed protien and other nutrients. 126 off is not too bad is it? I had my 8 glasses of water. I'm not hungry so I don't want to eat just to eat. Any suggestions?

how many glasses are there in a waterbottle?

Not meeting the daily goal
