126 calories to go

I just ate dinner and still have 126 calories. I'm either at or just slightly passed protien and other nutrients. 126 off is not too bad is it? I had my 8 glasses of water. I'm not hungry so I don't want to eat just to eat.
Any suggestions?

    just cuz you got calories left in the bank don't mean you have to eat them save them for a rainy day:bigsmile: good job.

  • should i or did i mention that i'm 'allowed' 1200 . I was curious because i don't want to be deficiant. Hey tomorrow family cooking so I can make up the 126 then :tongue:

    What people fail to elaborate on is that 1200 calories isn't the absolute. It is merely a guideline. If you are a smaller person that needs less calories in general, then your starvation limit probably is lower then 1200. I.E. if your suppose to eat 1200 a day, then 1200 won't be the line where your body goes into starvation mode, ESPECIALLY if you space your calories out through the day and keep your metabolism on an even keel.
