I know there is probably a lot of threads already on this or really close to this.
I recall reading when to weigh yourself; I believe many said first thing in the morning after you take care of business. Okay so that is a given. Maybe I answered my own question here. but when you weigh yourself again at the end of the week, and also weigh yourself at the same time and it goes up or down, which is more correct. Would it be the lower of the weight Weight goes up and down all the time, but which is most accurate?

I guess I would say the one closest to the average for the week.
If you are gaining there are 2 reasons.
One you are gaining muscle and loseing fat. This is normally shown with a 1 pound increass in a week. But you notice that your clothes are fitting better. Though confussing this is a good thing.
My brick and pudding story, which I will not use here right now.
The 2nd reason is that you are gaining weight because you are not eating right, (too much) or working out to little, (sitting in front of the TV and lifting a 20 oz does not a workout make.) But you knew that or you would not be here. :ohwell:
When you are working out with weights and eating right then the answer that I started with/ the average is how I would go.
Myself though, I weigh myself Tuesday - Saturday mornings. Especially Wednesday when we do the Biggest Loser MFP here.
And I hold the weight that I weighed in as that morning as the weight I am that day. This helps me to kn ow if I need to up the workout, or eat for veggies depending on what the scale said.
I hope this helps a little.

I weigh myself once a week in the morning. Same day.
Think is more accurate than everyday. At least not to confusing when your weight is up and down everyday.
I am more happy to see a hopefully positive result everyweek than up and downs everyday.0 -
I agree. I weigh myself on the same day and time once a week. If I weigh myself every day I will drive myself nuts!! However, if I am not in "weight loss mode" (as I am now) I will weigh myself more often just too make sure I'm maintaining properly.0

I always weigh myself in the morning. Usually on Sunday morning and I have a pretty intense work out on Sundays. I then weigh myself on Monday morning before going to the gym (usually I'm a 1/2 lb lighter) and then I weigh myself on Friday - usually a mental thing to keep myself in line over the weekend! :drinker:0

I weigh every day, add it up then divide by 7 for the weekly average0
