Okay so now that has your attention.. Lady's NKOTB are coming back! Their old(er) but I am curious to see what they have in store for us. I don't have any children, but it would be funny to see the reaction of many of your children to know that you thought these guys were the greatest things alive. Hey I was one of those teen girls. lol Their site (I haven't checked it out yet) is up and running like never before. When I get home I'll have to check it out. www.nkotb.com Feedback anyone?

Are you KIDDING?? I hadn't heard about that.
My friends and I went to see them TWICE in concert the summer of 1989, just before 9th grade.
Makes me laugh to think about it!
"Please don't go girl..." Danny, Donnie, John, Jordan, Joe...wow.

I was a pre-teen and had it all .. posters all over my walls. Only the Joey Doll Although I did heart them all. Joey was my guy.
Had the bed set , not the sleeping bag or curtains. I did want those though.
I watched everything, even the cartoons of theirs , taped everything, Was late to class because I didn't want to go before the video that played everymorning was over.
I came close to joining their fan club. I subscribed to every teen magazine, teen beat, bop, big bopper. I feel all warm and fuzzy now just talking about it.
Yeah, do a google search of " new kids on the block return" you will see a lot there.0 -

Hehe, I played basketball in BNBL (Boston Neighborhood Basketball League) against Joey (he was my age). He was a scrawny, tiny little kid. Wasn't all that good at Ball either. I remember later on seeing him on TV and going, "I know him!" And me and my friends laughing cuz he was 13 singing about girlfriends and stuff when we knew he wasn't really a "lady's man". I guess he had the last laugh on us. Doh!0

LOL I heard about that yesterday. I was really young when they were popular and my parents didn't want me listening to them lol. But I do remember all my friends loving them...and I must admit, if NSYNC ever did a comeback I'd love it and I'd be a total girly girl about it lol0

And I use to own 8 tracks!!
8 tracks-I remember listening to them in my grandmas caddy. We would have to listen to Barry Manilow on the way to the coast. I remember singing....
Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl
with yellow feathers in her hair and a dress cut down to there
she would merengue and do the cha-cha
and while she tried to be a star, Tony always tended bar
across a crowded floor, they worked from 8 till 4
they were young and they had each other
Who could ask for more?
At the Copa Copacabana
the hottest spot north of Havana here
at the Copa , Copacabana
music and passion were always the fashion
at the Copa.......................................they fell in love
Copa Copacabana
His name was Rico, he wore a diamond
he was escorted to his chair, he saw Lola dancin there
and when she finished, he called her over
but Rico went a bit too far, Tony sailed across the bar
and then the punches flew and chairs were smashed in two
there was blood and a single gun shot
but just who shot who?
At the Copa Copacabana

here
at the Copa Copacabana
Music and passion were always the fashion
at the Copa.......................she lost her love
Sorry, was having a flash back.0
