Okay, so I had Carls Jr. Teriaki (sp?)lo burger, only thing I changed out the burger and replaced it with grilled chicken. I cannot find the nutriant value on that, can someone PLEASE, please help me out with that? I want my count to be as accurate as possible. Thanks a bunch!

go here and see if it helps. http://www.carlsjr.com/nutrition/
Look up the burger and then figure out the difference in the chicken breast and the beef and enter the difference

The Teriyaki burger has 660 calories.
The charbroiled BBQ chicken has 320 calories. I would guess you could knock off close to 150 -200 calories.
The pineapple and teriyaki sauce will have higher calories than the BBQ sauce.

Do you know how many oz their burgers are??
    Good luck.
  • not sure how many oz it is. I believe it is the same as in the grilled chicken burger. I don't know, I 'll just count that as my day off for good behavior. I don't go to carls all too often, maybe once a month with a few friends.
