Okay so I can't help but to look at the scale :frown:
I take a peek at the scale numbers every few days and have not had any weight change at all. not even the ###. ## doesn't change (it's a digital scale so it tells you all )
BUT.... I think my stomach is going back to normal? Shrinking? This would be so great if I atleast loose inches. That would totally get me motivated to continue. If my stomach can go back to being flat again I can work , once again on the rest of me.

So, guess my question is , do we loose inches before weight?

  • RIGHT KNOW I BEEN HAVING THIS SAME PROBLEM AND I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 3LBS IN THIS PAST MONTH I BEEN WORKING MY BUT OFF AT THE GYM AND REALLY WATCHING WHAT I EAT AT FIRST I WAS VERY DISCOURAGE AND REMEMBERD MY HUBBY TOOK MY MEASUREMENTS AT THE BEGING OF THE MONTH IVE LOST 2 INCHES OFF MY WAIST HIPS THIGHS AND BACK SO I'LL TELL YOU WHAT EVERYBODY HAS BEEN TELLING ME DONT WORRY ABOUT THE NO# YOU SEE ON THE SCALE TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS AND IF YOU LOOK AND FEEL LIKE YOU LOST THAN YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY! :smile:

    Probably. lol You could be losing fat weight and gaining muscle weight and of course muscle is leaner than fat, etc.

    Measure yourself...see if you are feeling less bloated and your pants are not as tight or maybe more loose.

    3 lbs in a month is pretty good. Slow and steady wins the race.
  • 3 pounds in a month? that's all? :huh: Well at that rate it is true that I'll be about 5 pounds lighter in March. At that rate it will take probably all year to reach my goal. lol
