Okay, so I pick up these 4 packs of live active cottage cheese (with pineapple) yummy. It is four oz 2% Milk of 4 oz. 110 calories, 1. 5 g of Total fat, 17 carbs fiber 3g protein 8 grams Vit. A 4% Vitamn C 6% Vit D 10% Calcium 10%
Good source of fiber, good source of Protein. Back in the day I learned that when you read the ingredients the first on the list is the protect that is found the most of. For example when you get wheat bread and "WHEAT" is the first item in the ingredients you are getting wheat, the further down the list the less wheat you are getting.
Case in point: High Fructose corn syrup is found in this Cottage Cheese that I ate, but it is in the middle of the list. I know High Fructose is not too great for us, but when found in the nature of this product, would you think it is an okay 'heathy" breakfast item?

I always try to stay completely away from it. You just gotta decide if all the other health benifits of the product outweigh the corn syrup.0

I think the other ingrediants do out way. I can never be too sure anymore. I know I should avoid it, I did find the one with the fewer calories. :happy:0
