It is a great feeling when you can pull something out of storage that you thought you will never fit in again but you just could not throw it out for some reason and try it on and have it fit again! You are doing a great job!

2-4 sessions with a personal trainer will help you a whole bunch. I was a bit timid in the gym myself until I did this.

Going off my Mio Active Connect I can burn 2100-2500 in a good cardio workout. I do 35-40 min on the elliptical, 30-40 min on the recumbent bike 15-30 min on the treadmill and 20-40 min of weight lifting. Then figure in my daily activity, and I have hit 2800 for a total daily burn. Keep in mind I am 300 pounds The bigger…

Thanks Marty! Before my Hip replacement I worked for a tire repair shop. I did the commercial, farm and heavy equipment for almost 8 years. Also I played Nose tackle way back in the day even had a very short career for a minor league football team. All helped build my calf muscles!

I eat whatever I want but keep under my calorie goals. I try not to eat back my exercise calories. I have recently started working out for longer amounts of time. It took me a couple of months to get built back up to handle a workout longer than 30 min.

I used to eat 4-8 tums a day before my weight loss. I have not taken one since sometime in December! So, yes I would say weight loss has given me relief!

I love the active connect but not happy with the "connect" it has issues trying to connect to Mio website and very rarely transfers to MFP. But, the data it provides is wonderful! I do not know what I did without it!
