I just decided to stop drinking soda. the last soda I had was on March 3rd. I didnt cut back and try to drink less I just stopped drinking it. I do not buy it anymore. My kids are the ones who want me to buy it but I refuse to and tell them no it isnt good for you. I drink more water now.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery almost a year ago due to a meniscus tear ( the cartilage in my knee covered too much of the knee and tore) the surgery wasn't too bad. I had an epidural to numb me up. I was awake the whole time. I even have picture the surgeon took during the surgery. I did get chills from the surgery room…

when I see what it says about if I keep eating like that I will weigh this much in 5 weeks..I am like wow that would be nice but well see if it happens..last night it said I would be 26 pounds less in 5 weeks, but since march 6th I have only lost 4.5 pounds..=)

I just wear a sports bra and shorts. I put my hair up in a ponytail as well...but that is as much as I do. If anyone wants to get dressed up and look good for working out then it doesn't bother me at all. Everyone is different

I don't have a picture..but I have a treadmill, a bench press set with the weights ( 45lbs, 25lbs, 10 lbs, 5 lbs and 2.5lbs) I have dumbbells ( 10lbs, 5lbs and 2lbs). I do 30 day shred and use my treadmill. Today was day 7 for that and so far I have lost 4 pounds...I wonder if I should also throw in another work out like taebo which I like doing. I bet I could get some good results with them. I would burn more calories in a day.

I have cut back not cause I meant to but I just did..the past week I have drank 3 cups of coffee. I tend to drink more coffee when I have migraines. I need to get myself some skim milk.
