I am doing that this year. The last time I had anything alcoholic to drink was 1/4 glass of champagne on new years eve and before that I had not had a drink in a while. I plan on not drinking at all this year. I told my husband if I never drink alcohol again I would be fine..=)

I am in the process of saving up for a fitbit charge HR. I started to use a pedometer and I put on the waist of my pants but the only issue I have with that is when it gets bumped or anything it registers that as a step so it ends up being off some. I know some people who have the fitbit charge HR and they love it.

last night I took a bunch of veggies I had in my fridge I cut them up and I heated a little olive oil and spices and threw the veggies in and added a little more water and cooked them until they were cooked the way I liked them. I added a lot of hot peppers which I love.

I am doing Color Me Rad in 2 days..this will be my first time doing that. I have my sister in law going with me. I didn't want to do that alone. I am only walking since my right knee and hip can't take the running cause they will start to hurt. I hope it is as fun as it looks and I get very colorful..=)

I know a few people who drink that stuff and honestly it doesn't look like it has helped any of them. I have had them try to push it on for they could get their free month supply..I tried a free sample and I thought it tasted gross and nothing like cake mix.

I have ( had ) a family member who used all kinda of diet pills and weight loss teas and she ended up with heart problems and died from a heart attack due to the heart problems..I would stay away from them.

I lost 21 pounds between Feb 6th to yesterday April 9th . I just ate up to my calories I have set for the day and working out doing taebo, leslie sanson 3 mile walking workout, Tiffany Rothe workouts on youtube. When I get stuck with the weight loss I just mix up my workout some and that helps.

I have had people try to push that stuff on me so they could get their free month supply..I tell them no I am not interested and I would rather do it the way I have been doing it even tho my way might take a little longer but at least I am making changes by eating better and getting more active...=)

I am planing on starting up 30 day shred again this Monday...I have to make sure my knee is ok with it cause it still bothers me from last time I did 30 day shred and I strained the ligaments in my right knee...=)

I do..I find I don;t do the workout as intense cause of the cramps but I try to get some type of workout.

you can't use a used liter box no matter how clean you clean it, it was still used by a cat,,,that is just gross..you need to go buy a new unused one. To put a used liter box through the dishwasher is gross as well.

I have a Timex personal trainer one it was only $40 at walmart. It tells me the amount of calories I burn. I like how I can put my weight in it and it stores your last calorie burn from the last workout you did which I like so I don't have to quickly write it down.

I would recommend anyone stay away from laxative tea..my mother in law use to swear by it until it gave her really bad heart problems

it gives me a good idea of when the best day to weigh myself is...=) Also I like to see how much I am up and or down each day. It gives me a good idea of where I am each day.

I will sometimes do a low braid and put it over my shoulder..I can't wear it in a ponytail cause it bothers me. Or I will leave it down.

I just bought the Timex T5G971..I wanted the Polar FT4 but I don't have the money for it. The Timex one cost me $39.00 I got it from walmart and you can also get it from amazon..I did the site to store on walmart's website to save in the shipping.

I quit smoking 11 years ago..I am glad I quit then cause a year after I quit I got pregnant with my oldest. I still have craving once in a while but I just try it ignore it. I decided one day I was done and gave the pack I had to my sister who smoked at the time and said I was done. I just got sick of it...=)
