the only ones I can work out when they watch me is my kids...they learned to not say certain things to me when I am working out cause I told them certain things hurt my feelings. I have had a bunch of people try to push the body by vi stuff to get me to buy it so they can get their free month supply. I tell them sorry I can't afford $200 a month for that stuff and they tell me to get 3 people to join and I can get a free month supply. I donate every chance I get. I just donated last week...so I got to wait a little bit before I can donate again. It helps that the red cross calls me to set up an appointment.

I find with my the stress does bring on my IBS symptoms. I cant eat eggs, fried foods, sometimes spicy foods, baked beans, fast food and sometimes oatmeal I find the strawberry and cream flavor. When I get the symptoms I find a cup of hot tea tends to calm them down and help.

today I put a whole chicken in the crock pot and covered it with water a little salt, pepper and garlic and let that cook for about 5 hours and the chicken was falling apart when I took it out of the crock pot.

I don't like when I slack off and get off track. The best thing you can do is just pick your self up and get back on track. We all get off track here and there. I sometimes have a hard time getting back on track and have to force myself to get moving even if it is just for a walk around my neighborhood.

I eat pizza and junk some times I just make up by working out before i eat the pizza or junk. I am not going to deny allowing myself a little junk cause me personally if I totally take it away I will cave and pig out on junk..so I don't mind it once in a while.

could you do a different work out? Sometimes you need to add something new to give your weight loss a kick to keep going.

if I decided to run in a race I would try my best even if I knew there was a chance I would most likely finish last..I would be happy I finished at all...=)

I just started p90x 2 days ago. I did try it out a few year ago but I didn't stick with it. I made it 5 weeks..this time I am determined to stick with it. I think the last time I lost about 7 pounds the first week and a total of 13 pounds the 5 weeks I did it.

I am just starting P90X and I have not done the other one. I like P90X but some of the work outs I hate. You will need a set of dumbbells and either bands for pull ups or some type of pull up bar for above your door that you can use.

I have been working for 2 months now and the first month I lost 4 1/2 pounds and this month so far I have lost 5 1/2

I will mix it all together if I think it will taste good and most of the stuff I make is all mixed together. I have no issues with that...=)

I am going to put this on my phone so when I take my kids out for a walk today we can have fun on our walk but running and everything..it might keep my kids active...I told them about it and they are excited to try it out...=)
