  • Thanks for all the support I didn't loose it all at once. The first week was two pounds and its been one pound a week since that. I'm ok with that, it may take longer to get off but I think this way I can keep it off.

I have about ten pounds to loose to be the size I was before having him but I would like to loose that and another ten, to look even better.
