I haven't had a FB in a while, but I still wouldn't link the two if I did. For me, this is a much more personal matter and I wouldn't want people I was friends with 10 years ago in high school to know or see it. If we happen to run into each other in person and they notice weight loss, then thats fine.

Everytime I criticize myself when I look in the mirror, I will think of this thread and remember that the image of "perfection" we've been fed all our lives is nothing more than photoshop and other cheap tricks.

Sometimes, when I'm too lazy to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, I steam some tilapia fillets (when I buy them in bulk, I bag 2 fillets in a ziploc bag for easy freezing) in a little bit of soy sauce and lemon. Add some veggies and my meal is complete.

I just finished the first day of the squat challenge and boy do my thighs burn! Since I am still a beginner, I think I will do this one first and next month I will continue onto the crunch challenge. I don't wanna burn myself out so fast.
