I worked with a nutritionist who told me that no matter how much I exercise (short of doing a triathlon) I should NOT eat back my exercsie calories. I fired her for several reasons, but I do still wonder about that advice.

Nope ... I hate the taste (too sweet). But I was just talking to my nutritionist about it, and MaggieMay is right on the money. It "tricks" your body into craving sweets and makes you feel hungry even when you're not ... even more so than soda w/ sugar. (It's much sweeter than regular soda.) You literally do become…
