can you really "earn" calories by exercising?
Both myfitnesspal and nutritionist agree that I should be consuming 1,520 calories per day in order to slowly lose weight. weight with cortisone shots?
Has anyone experienced significant weight gain after receiveing epidural / cortisone shots. (I got 4 shots for a back injury.) I am certainly working out less and differently since my back injury, but nothing that would justify a 25-pound weight gain. ???
