Strategies for Monthly Munchies

Do any of you ladies find that for a couple to few days each month, you simply canNOT stick to your eating plan? If so, how do you handle? I don't even know if willpower is the answer, as I'm talking about cravings for food that rival those of ancient man stalking his prey. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!:flowerforyou:
