Stupendous NSV!!

Mine is a bone spur but I did not use a hammer :) I did however use a rolling pin, coke bottle, frozen water bottle and I never, ever go without shoes. I use to live barefoot but not anymore. I have arch supporting shoes and even arch supporting slippers! I also have had my running shoes custom fit at a running shoe store.…

Fantastic NSV! It is hard to see ourselves in our new size. I use all my old Xlarge t-shirts to workout in. It feels good to feel my body shrink under those old sizes :)

Need to find lower sodium alternative as well.... loads of sodium in pudding as well as cottage cheese..... ?????? Sounds yummy though :)

Congratulations and Happy 365th!!!!! You are indeed an inspiration :))

Try to dampen the chest strap with a little water before you put it on. Should have some way to program your weight but I'm not sure about the NB type. Should also have a setting to display your heart rate and /or calories burned????? Mine is a Polar.

There are lots of topics posted for HRM. I do have a PT7 and I LOVE it! The chest band is very comfortable and the watch is easy to read and operate.
-
I got a little teary eyed reading it, thanks for sharing your amazing NSV!
-
I have the FT7 because I have large wrists and since I was purchasing it online I wanted to make sure it would fit. I LOVE IT! It is easy to use, the chest band is comfortable and easy to put on and take off and it is washable!
