I agree with the statement about empty calories. Don't be hard on yourself it is a learning experience for all of us. Find out what works for you and your body. I need to have protein every few hours or my body starts craving carbs and sugar. I like to keep ground peanuts and raw almonds around for emergencies.

Magnificent nsv! Nope, still hate to exercise, just can't stand to miss it! I feel sooooooooo much better mentally and physically and I feel younger than I did without regular exercise. I have made it a goal to workout 6 days a week. Last week I made my goal! Oh, a nsv! LOL Feel better soon.

Agree, you either like it or you don't. I LOVE it! I make mine in the microwave with 3/4 water and some frozen blueberries and add about 1/2 cup low fat milk after it's cooked. I also like to add applesauce and cinnamon and maybe some nuts. Keeps me going strong till lunch time. Good Luck!

Just starting, GULP, my senior years, or midlife as I like to call it and my goal is to be active, mobile, and flexible into my 90's and beyond! I do not want to be setting around decaying :(

I make chocolate instant sugar free pudding with low fat milk for an evening snack and have not had the sweet cravings or chocolate cravings I have suffered on other "diet" plans. I am also exercising much more, maybe that is helping.
