NO you don't eat normal( like you always eat)...you set your mfp on "maintain your weight " and eat that on the 5 days and on the 2 fasting days you eat up to 500 calories females/600 males or 1/4 of your maintenance calories

Yes it does thank you very much...I was thinking of following their plans for the two restricted days because they have nice idea about food that fills you up...and for the 5 unrestricted i will take their maximum and minimum recommendations into consideration and make my own meals :)
