  • Hey all. I am Neetu, 23 years old from India. I have started insanity from November 26. I was always the weak kid who gets hurt a lot and I want to change that. I am trying to get strong, fit and healthy. I hope insanity helps me do it :) Good luck everybody!

  • Oh here I go with week one stats. Nov-26. Switch Kicks - 72 Power Jacks - 40 Power Knees - 70 Power Jumps - 25 Globe Jumps - 8 Suicide Jumps - 6 Push-Up Jacks -8 Low Plank Oblique -27 I have carpal tunnel syndrome on my left wrist :( So its a pain to do the push up jacks.

Thanks a ton for starting this group. i tried started insanity like 5 times now, but could not push myself to go beyond 1 week. this time i hope i will be motivated enough to push myself.
