Try to eat at maintanance (if you can), and maybe do some bodyweight exercises until you feel strong enough to start with weights...

My suggestion would be to eat at maintanance or even a slight surplus and lift heavy weights :)

35 minute jog done on treadmill at the gym... now off to enjoy Christmas lunch! It's really just another day here :( (Turkey)

Christmas is a non event in Turkey, but I'll take advantage of having the day off work, so I'll go to the gym in the morning for a workout. If I was in Australia with family, I wouldn't be going to the gym, just a quick swim in the morning.

I ran my first race last weekend in Istanbul, and the only people that turned up to cheer were all foreigners, no Turks really. It was amazing just to see people cheering, hearing 'you can do it' and 'come on' 'keep going!' really helped, I wanted to say thank you but had no energy :)

Bump! İ have been mixing one medium banana with one scoop poroein powder and 2-3 egg whites, blended up then in the microwave for 3 mins ... Or one banana mixed with an egg cooked as a pancake
