YUMMO!

My honest opinion... you're not eating enough. You're supposed to hit your goal, not end up under it. MFP already has a deficit allowed if your setting are to lose weight. I'd stop tracking sugars, start tracking sodium, reach your goal, and maybe bump up the protein a bit more.

This is great advice!

looks good!

puree it, freeze it and make pumpkin protein fluff :) Or soup.

Thanks for posting :)

ummm... no!

Depending who it is, I sometimes just say certain foods really upset my stomach and I have to be really careful :)

40 grams oats, 1 whole egg, 4-5 egg whites, quarter a chopped apple or banana, dash of cinnamon. Leave in fridge overnight, cook like a pancake :)

Hey, you'll get there! The community here is very supportive and I'm sure you will be successful.

I noticed a day there where you left a 4-500 deficit, and your calories seem low to start with- I could easily eat 2000 cals a day... what is your calorie intake set to? If it is to lose weight, mfp already calculates a deficit for you, so you wouldn't really want/ need to leave more of a deficit. The closer you get to…

will be praying for you.

Can I ask you something.... have you gained weight? (During the pause I thought he was going to ask me to be his girlfriend). I did eventually marry him though :)
-
I love it black :) Only if it's good coffee, though
-
I'd skip breakfast if I could, to save more calories for later in the day, but it makes me too grumpy. I eat a pancake made with egg whites and oats :)

I LOVE my GymBoss

I shave it for him with one of those things men use to shave their heads. I would have never believed it if someone told me one day I would do that for my husband, but there you go. I actually don't mind a hairy back, but he hates it. I am trying to convince him to have laser hair removal, it is really cheap in Turkey.

I can't/ don't want to imagine life without oats...
-
You look fantastic! Way to rock your new bikini!

calorie deficit... and patience...

Thanks for posting, a great read

when we had optimum nutrition double chocolate powder I used to add that to yoghurt... just to low fat yoghurt and I liked it. It was like chocolate mousse. I sometimes added oats too, and let it all sit til it got soft.

I would love any input/ advice on this topic also... I haven't even been to the doctor yet, but I have stopped doing deadlifts and squats. From what I have read, it is really important to listen to your body. I plan to continue lifting, but will most likely decrease weight and increase the rest periods. I rarely (if ever)…

I really have to get around to trying some new oat recipes! Overnight oats look awesome
-
For me, it is one of my favourite things to eat. I sometimes add some whey protein powder as well, or grated apple. Try it :)
-
Why not try overnight oats? Looks pretty yummy. I usually mix 40 grams of oats with one whole egg, 3 egg whites, a splash of low fat milk and 30grams of banana (mixed up the night before) cooked as a 'cake' in a teaspoon of coconut oil. Otherwise... eggs, cheese on toast, bacon, a mixed cheese plate...

I agree with ilovedeadlifts... you could definitely afford to keep going with the bulk. Plus, it's so much more fun than cutting :)

My cycles have become longer since I started exercising more intensely. If you are concerned about it, it wouldn't hurt to visit a doctor.

less calories if it comes out of a glass, innit?
