It would be helpful if we could see your food diary... and to the person who said 'eat less,' I really think that depends how much the OP is eating!? If they are only netting 700cals, it wouldn't make sense to suggest eating less.

egg whites (make an omlette), chicken (options are endless), tuna, turkey, greek yoghurt, whey protein powder...

I make a pancake with oats, egg whites, one whole egg, some protein powder, or an eggwhite omlette. If I could get bacon here I'd totally eat bacon

sure do! Even after a high protein meal, eating frequently, eating back exercise cals, etc, always hungry :)

like Chris suggested, chocolatecoveredkatie has some amazing oat recipes. I personally make an oat pancake- 40-50grams of oats, 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, quarter a chopped apple and some protein powder (optional), mixed up and left in the fridge overnight, then cooked as a big pancake in a teaspoon of coconut oil. It's my…

I still don't really see the 'skinny fat' from the pics you posted. I would just say you were a bit overweight... but, whatever

How about the Steve Jobs autobiography? It is very interesting. We are reading that one for our next Book Club. Or The Help was a fantastic book, probably one of the best 10 I have ever read. Little Bee was also good, (think it was released in some countries as 'the other hand') agree with the Jodi Picoult recommendations,…

On weekdays, my morning routine is like this- wake up, drink 500ml water, put my oat pancake into the pan to cook and make up the mixture for the next day,(it tastes better if it sits for a day in the fridge) put the filtered coffee on, go get ready, husband flips my pancake and brings it to me with my coffee as I eat and…

you can adjust your settings for higher protein higher if you wish, go into goals, change goals, customise goals and then change the %s. mfp has it set quite low... 15% or something.

I happened to be on recipe buzz on allrecipes.com and someone mentioned this site to another person who was looking for healthy recipes. It was a time I was feeling sorry for myself and putting on weight, so I decided to check it out. Had no idea I would become so addicted!

Have you seen the c25k program? That is a great way to build up to 5km. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml I find that it is easiest for me to run at least an hour after I have eaten, and after a strong coffee. If you feel pain, you should definitely not push yourself. A good pair of shoes is essential.

make a pancake with your oats! I mix 40-50grams of oats with 1 egg and 3 egg whites, 1/4 a chopped apple, leave it in the fridge overnight then cook in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. I usually add a teaspoon of chocolate protein powder for more flavour. It is my favourite thing to eat!

I also buy stuff from target/ kmart or local markets (in Turkey). If I lived in America (or even Canada) I would order stuff from bravada.com! They have a 40% off sale on their online collection at the moment, ending on feb 22nd. I can't bring myself to pay 25 bucks for international shipping, unfortunately.
