No Turks!? I guess you are the only one, Duygu. These days I feel Turkish :)

I love my polar ft7. Love it!

No superbowl here... just found out what sport it was today :)

I focus first on protein, then fats, then I have a look at my overall calorie intake.

looks super delicious

I eat chicken almost every single day, sometimes two or three times :) So long as you don't get bored... Go for it!

some amazing lunches here! At school it was boiled veggies, so had to bust out with my own can of tuna and hit the salad bar.

If I can find quinoa I'll definitely try this! Looks yummy.

I usually eat 3-4 whole eggs per day, and extra whites (I like eggs, but like to get cals from other places). We buy 100+ eggs at a time... my husband keeps saying he should get his cholesterol checked (he eats more yolks than I do), but so far so good :)

similar to cr357- cup of semi skimmed milk 1 scoop of ultimate nutrition chocolate creme whey half a banana couple of tablespoons of oats 3 walnut halves teaspoon of peanut butter if I have it ice.

good for you!

Like the way you have put this together acg. I've only heard of Shakeology here on mfp, it's yet to make it's way to Turkey :)

I mix 3 egg whites one whole egg with about 40grams of oats, quarter a chopped apple and cook it as a bit pancake in coconut oil :) I sometimes add a teaspoon of protein powder for more flavour, but it's my favourite thing to eat :)

No, my husband is not interested in trying out crossfit, and I respect that. I still haven't stopped going to the bodybuilding gym we joined together, and he thinks I'm mad to start crossfit. I've been doing it for about 2 months, and he sees how much I enjoy it, but still not interested in trying it at all.

I didn't like todays WOD so ı did it at the other gym I go to, so no idea about todays attendence! I was planning to go both weekend days, but was ill and in bed instead.

I love coconut oil! I use it to cook my oat pancake every morning, love the taste. I bought it in a jar from an organic shop... I was stoked when I found it, as it's the only place in Istanbul I've found it. Was a bit expensive, but totally worth it.

We delayed our honeymoon, and in the end decided to have a trip to Japan a year later. It was definitely worth it :)

Woke up with some kind of virus, was happy to just not vomit for the day. Slept most of it, woke up briefly at midnight because of the fireworks, then straight back to sleep :) Didn't really mind as we didn't have plans for the day/ night, but was bummed I missed a workout.

water, as I had originally planned :) However it ended up being out of necessity, as I don't think I could have kept anything else down... woke up ill.

I'm living in Istanbul, Turkey. I'm Australian :)

Mfp has already factored in a calorie deficit for you, so the idea is that extra calories 'earned' from exercise are supposed to be eaten, so the deficit isn't too big. If you eat too little for too long, you risk stalling your progress. It would help if you could open up your food diary...

I'm actually not a fan of snacking, I'd prefer to have a small meal, but for 150 cals I'd go with -90grams of grilled chicken or less chicken with some boiled veggies -a cup of low fat yoghurt with half a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a tablespoon of oats. -At the moment I love eating pumpkin mashed up with…

Some fantastic goals here! I've only been doing crossfit for a month, but here are my fitness goals for 2012 run a 15km with my friend when the Istanbul Marathon is on Start tracking my progress with squats, deadlifts etc Learn kipping pullups Try to learn handstands... that kind of freaks me out. Hopefully lower my bf%…

check out the new rules of lifting for women, it's a good start. Or have a look at the female fitness section on simplyshredded.com. Personally, I'd recommend 3 days of weight lifting, and cardio when/ if you feel like it. The 'toned' look you are after comes from having muscles for one, and a low-ish bodyfat % to be able…

Eat at a calorie deficit, keep your protein intake high to protect muscle loss, weight train and be patient.
