  • I'd like to join if that's ok?! I started trying to lose weight (again!) on 12th April and was inspired by following the last round. SW 12th April: 197.3 CW: 192.2 Goal for Round: 189.2 22/4: 189.2 Been stuck here since 17/4!
  • Me too! Still can't do it the whole way through without breaks, not sure if I should move on after day 10 or not.
  • Yeah, I plan on doing the same, rest after every 5 days.
  • Done also. Havine a rest day today, shoulders and upper arms very sore.
  • Day 4 done and it nearly killed me!!! :embarassed: I did 5k out in the local park, came home feeling great and went straight into 30DS. Big mistake! I knew from the first set of jumping jacks I was gonna struggle but carried on. Have planned sat as a rest day and didn't want to have to change that by not completing today.…
  • Day three done, can really find my endurance building already. I'm using 1kg weights and find them tough enough although my arms are very weak! I'm planning on taking a rest day every 6th day so 1 day during each level and 1 day between each level.
  • Day 2 complete! Managed to do it with less stops today, I definitely find the strength the hardest part!
  • Day 1 complete!. Found it tough, lunges and squats make me feel nauseous!! Hopefully that'll pass soon. Actually did level 1 last thurs for the first time and today was the first day I could manage the stairs so hoping I won't be as bad after today's workout :-)

  • Thyroid problems could be a possibility too. I had the same problem, coming home from work, I'd put dinner in the oven and have to set my alarm for when it would b ready as if I sat down I'd be asleep in 5 minutes and that would be me out for the night.   • I started off just over 13 stone, aiming to be 10 stone by end of August for my 30th birthday (or as close as possible). 1 stone gone already so hopefully should end up close to goal if I keep on track!
