I weigh as soon as I get up in the morning before I eat. Yesterday I ate out so no idea as to how many calories that was sine they don't have nutrition information on their site. I drink a smoothie every morning, my go to green smoothie is Handful of spinach, parsley, lemon, celery, something sweet (e.g peaches, apples, kiwi, strawberries etc), coconut water and chia/flax seeds. Blend until smooth and drink. It's really good.

Well I do homemade smoothies in the single serve blenders. I but everything in the blender the night before, turn it on in the morning after I shower and by the time I'm dressed it's ready. I usually do veggies (kale, spinach etc) with a piece of fruit, chia/flax seeds and coconut water.

My Zomg moment is how much sugar everything has, it so depressing. Oh and portion sizes, a cup of pasta is nothing my gosh!

I do understand exactly what you mean, almost as if life won't start until I'm a certain size. Yes, I'm definitely in that mode, it's hard to be confident or less self conscious when one the thicker side. But that is why we are here to get the bodies we want.

Well I'm not quite 40 but I have more than 50 lbs to lose. I no longer take pictures for that very reason. Add me it's easier to stay on track with company to help.
