I made unstuffed cabbage roll casserole last night and it was 177 calories per serving (i got 8 servings out of the recipe), 15 g protein and 3g fiber but it's a lot of cabbage and you could probably up the fiber if you switched the grain from white rice. Here is my recipe link if you can see it.

LOVE this bra. Title Nine does a great job of helping define fit. 36D and I run and do Jazzercise in it and it's super comfortable. Straps adjust in the front with Velcro...no pinching or binding. Love this sports bra. http://www.titlenine.com/product/310184.do#.Ufq_AF8o6K4

I'm with you. Almost exactly. I'm 43, same height and with a similar weight goal. After 155, if I can lose more, I will but I'm really just looking to be a size 8/10 and healthy. The numbers on my blood work at this point are most important.

That's terrific. I also hit this milestone recently and am now at 29BMI. Amazing feeling. You should be so proud!!

Smartwool running socks are awesome! Yes, they are wool but that's what makes them cool and wicking. They aren't cheap but so worth it.

Aim to increase your walking distance and pace. You can do small bits throughout the day but work to getting 10k a day. When you can do this at about 3.5 miles per hour, then try C25K again. You'll have built up some endurance which will help. And also, do as others recommend...slow your jog pace. Walking is a tremendous…

Thanks and you're right! Everyone's motivation is different and I struggled for a long time till this. Don't get me wrong...looking cute will be a good benefit ;-)

Well the best part is you can prove him wrong when you get your numbers in check. All the best!!
-
Thanks. I decided to post it because I know what it was like to get those numbers and thought maybe that's why someone just joined that day...just like I did. Keep it up. I'm not stopping.
-
It was a powerful thing for me to see those numbers. It it was drives every decision I make now. The decisions are easier but like last night we had a huge snowstorm and after many rounds of shoveling snow, the 'healthy' foods in our house just weren't going to cut it. So we walked to the grocery store to get frozen pizza.…

Good luck!! You can do it. We are capable of so much.
-
All the best to you. I know you can do it. I started by walking just 10 or 15 minutes three times a day.

awesome! You should be so proud. Inspirational. You deserve it.

I'm at 1450 net calories. It's where I've started and I'll go down from here if necessary. I've been at 1450 for about 11 weeks now. I'm actually pretty happy here but it can be hard when eating out. I try to look up calories at restaurants before hand. We eat out a lot so it's tricky.

I didn't do it since last Wednesday due to parties I was hosting and planning for those parties. I hope to get back to it today. Christmas is a tough time. Every waking moment has been about baking, shopping, wrapping, etc. Another week and life gets back to normal. On the plus side, I'm haven't gained any weight and I've…

Excellent attitude. Just doing it and trying your best is terrific.

Create about 30 slips of paper where ech piece has some kind of activity like 10 push ups or clean the fridge or 60 seconds of jumping jacks or whatever. Put them in a bowl and whenever you feel bored or angry or sad, go to the jar and pick something...it doesn't have to be something that lasts a long time...just something…

Just did my first level 1 session with 3 pound weights. I did the first 5 days without weights. Whew. It was harder but I think I'll move to level 2 later this week.
-
Didn't do it Saturday or Sunday but am down 1.4 pounds today even after a test batch of holiday cookies and a Christmas party. Tuesdays are my official weigh in day though so we'll see what happened. I am less worried about the scale week to week as long as I am losing overall every month. But the scale didn't move for 2…

I would agree with you, but take that one piece of advice to heart - show him he's wrong! Best revenge.

You can definitely see a difference. Great job--clearly you've put in a lot of dedication and hard work.

Great job. Going well. I've done Level 1 each day since Monday, except yesterday. I'm also seeing a chiro for chronic SI pain and my back was killing me yesterday so I gave it a rest. I like it. It is getting better--my squats are deeper and my form is better, but I hate the bicycle.
-
Congrats! That's my goal for my first 5 weeks.

I started on Monday without weights. I'll probably add 1 to 2 pounds weights tomorrow. I'm going to pass on posting weights or inches but will post weight losses. My husband who is an endurance althlete did the level 1 last night and thought it was a tough workout.
-
Thanks to your post, I started today. Whew. Feel good though.

Welcome. I started a couple weeks ago and if you have access to the app and the website, you'll find it helps with logging. I log at the restaurant when I'm ordering and log as I'm cooking dinner. It's a great site and you'll do terrific with it. It's been so impressive, my husband has started using it too.
