NSV
After 8 months and 35 pounds, I tried on and bought a pair of size 10 pants from Athleta. Per usual I brought in two sizes, the 10 happened to be first, it fit and I didn't even try the 12. Felt really great!! First time in this size in 20 years.

My NSV
On the same week I reached 30 pounds lost, I also ran my first ever 5k!! It was a great feeling to have reached another 'decade' of pounds lost and to have completed a 5k walking only 2 of the 42 minutes it took me. I might have been slow but I did it. I feel healthy and feel confident to tackle the next 10 pounds.
