Happy February - try something new this month

Hello,

I've been pretty religious since learning in November that my bloodwork numbers are a mess and I have insulin resistance. I've lost 13.5 pounds by eating better and by doing/adding something different each month. For December, I started walking 3 times a day. In January, I got a Fitbit and started getting my 10k steps and floors in, and added 30Day Shred. For February, I'm starting a twice a week Spin class.

What new things have you tried to change it up?
