I microwave a corn tortilla until it's crispy like a chip. Then I put cottage cheese and blueberries on top and eat it. It's weird but so good!

That will only work if you are still in a calorie deficit for the week. Even if it does work it will slow down your weight loss. The best thing is to just count calories all the time so you know for sure you're still in a deficit.

I've had the Explore Asian black bean pasta. It is so good! It was more chewy than regular pasta but I actually like it better.

Yogurt, pancake batter, and smoothies. I also just mix it with water and spread on apples and rice cakes.

For me it's actually low calorie bread. Like the kind that have 35 calories per slice. It's so easy to eat too much when it's so low in calories.

I like pure protein bars, but my favorite are Power Crunch bars both for macros and taste. They actually only have about 14 grams of protein, but they also have a lot of fat which I always struggle to get enough of. Here's a link to the Power Crunch website: http://powercrunch.com/

My favorite fish is frozen tilapia loins from Costco. I bake them in lemon juice and sprinkle cajun seasoning on them. I don't think they taste fishy at all. Fish like salmon and tuna have a stronger flavor and tend to taste fishy

Dove dark chocolate has a fairly low cocoa content and it tastes pretty good. But my favorite is Endangered Species chocolate. Most of their chocolate bars are 72%. I know that is a higher percent than you were looking for but the chocolate is good quality and worth a try. Here's a link to the website: chocolatebar.com/

I was wondering the same thing! I had it asking me if one of my entries was bread, cereal or pasta.

I haven't ever tried cotija but I looked it up and it sounds really good! Will have to buy some next time I go to the store.

I'm not entirely certain, but I think fiber is non-digestible complex carbohydrate. Since the body can't break it down, it's not counted in the total carbohydrates. Also, here is a link that discusses sugar alcohols: http://www.diabetes.org/food-and-fitness/food/what-can-i-eat/understanding-carbohydrates/sugar-alcohols.html
