  • I have these soft lace g-strings that are perfect
  • Yes but I have a 6mo and she keeps me very busy. For some reason I'm not losing much weight though, I'm having my thyroid checked :( I would maybe try making some low calorie snacks for yourself and just don't have anything bad in the house (this keeps that temptation down).
  • While there is some great advice above, I would suggest getting out and maybe dating some guys that might not necessarily be 'the one'. The more you get out and date the more you learn about what you do and don't want in a guy and eventually you'll find Mr. Right. Even dating men you think 'only want one thing' can be a…
  • I disagree I am pretty happy at a 3, minus the fake boobs I look a lot like that, it's kinda a body type thing. I can't get thigh gap, just not made for it. Bigger butt and teeny waist all the way!
  • That is so lovely! My hubby is they same, trust me it means the world to me that he still thinks I'm the sexiest thing ever after having our daughter (I have also gone from a 3 to a 5). It doesn't stop me working ridiculously hard to get back to a 3 though, I always want to be the best for him and me. :)
  • was a 4 then went to 3 now a 5 after having bub. want to get to 3 again. I like men 15% - 25% is most attractive imo :)
  • Thanks so much lovely people! I guess I'll have to stick to the slow road, at least until I stop breastfeeding... I don't think I'll be doing much swimming this summer :( \
  • I do that already but breastfeeding means you can't calorie restrict under 1800 a day or it reduces your supply :(
  • ok thanks! any suggestions on another program that is better? like I said I just want my body back already
  • It is very surprising isn't it! The good news is it doesn't last very long, mine was on and off over a week or so and then nothing for a few weeks and so on. Now I don't really get it at all! I started doing some prenatal yoga too which has really helped stretch things out and make me more comfortable :) hope it ends for…
  • does it feel kind of like stretching pain? I got that when my belly first started properly growing (for me around 10weeks) and it felt like I was going to split down the middle! I read in one of my books how it is the ligaments stretching as well as the muscles separating (in some cases). It was much higher than groin area…

  • as a first time mum, I have no idea what to expect! We do have a 'sort of' plan though, nothing too crazy and definitely very open and flexible depending on the circumstances. Both my husband and I are a bit freaked out by the thought of an epidural and emergency c-sections so I just try not to think about them as a…
  • wow lovely names girls! so far we have a few favourites, would love opinions! Jasmine Bridgette Holly Mae Elaina Grace

  • I think I've found it! Have been using this cream for a few days now and my marks started fading after a few days! It also smells delicious! http://www.babyevolve.com.au/all-products/mumma-bubba-organic-mumma-balm.aspx?lv.crumb=54960
  • wow it sounds like you guys are all doing amazingly well! Just wanna say hi, I am new to the group and 23 weeks pregnant, due on May 14th which still seems so far away! I suffered with 'alldaysickness' from 4 weeks so bad I have been on Ondansetron since week 14 just so I can eat enough (before I was given it I didn't eat…
  • oh also magnesium tablets help!
  • Hi all, I know this isn't a brand new post but I just joined the group and saw it here. My naturopath has suggested meadowsweet tea which does really seem to help! It's even better than the peppermint which I find sometimes makes it worse. I'm lucky I can drink milk so I use that as well. Otherwise I find crackers and…
  • Hi there, I am due may 14th and already have stretch marks all over my lower tummy, I always eat healthy and hydrate and have been using oil and creams on my belly since week 12 but no luck :( would be interested if anyone has any 'wonder fixes' for this too! If not I guess at least we can say we have earned our stripes!…
  • Hi there, Just a quick side note, I've been low carbing/keto for seven weeks and lost very little weight (and being a bit 'slow' on the bathroom issue too) and I got some great advice. Aparently the Atkins bars contain sugar alcohols and other chemicals that actually stall weigh loss, I also found that they stalled…
  • thank you all lovely people! I also agree with the fat thing, I eat virtually NO transfats but plenty of saturated fat as per keto diets. I'm really trying to bump up the water, great tip! I am now avoiding Atkins products like the plague. I'll weigh in after a week of this and let you know how I go. Just one more…
  • thanks for your replies! I do quite often forget to log my dinner so depending on the day I usually eat between 1200 and 1700. I have upped my goal to 1700 now so I'm trying to eat up to that. Also I've heard that about the bars as well, I think i will try to stop eating them. Could exercise be a factor too? I know the…
  • I was wondering about this too..
  • Coconut oil is fantastic! I add it to hot chocolate (with stevia not sugar) and also use it in cooking. I suffer from eczema a bit and find it really helps that too. Don't worry about it being a saturated fat as it is the good type (as mentioned above). Also trans fats are really the ones you need to watch out for not…
  • well personally i'd prefer the warning! if someone says 'actively seeking relationship' and you aren't or find it weird, at least you know not to go for them! :D
  • I think its best to stay on topic if possible as different diets and advice can confuse posters and even demotivate. It's better to try and answer the question asked so as to help rather than hinder. My opinion of course :)
  • Thanks so much for your replies, great ideas! the last couple of days I tried to eat more fat (putting coconut oil in my decaf coffee's) it seems to have really helped! I'm keen to move on to OWL soon but I have lost virtually nothing so I'm not sure I should... Oh also, I have just opened my diary so if anyone wants to…
