I really don't think so although it may depend on the person. I've found i "plateau" for a couple of DAYS then continue losing. I'd say if you plateau for longer than a week or two its time to shake up your workouts and change your caloric intake.

I generally just use the mfp exercises list... so if i go for a walk i just add it from the mfp database...

I've found that just by watching what i eat and NOT snacking on junk i can maintain 1200 quite easily. Raw food is so low in calories, you can pretty much eat it all day without going over!
