Looks like a good tool, but iI don't fully grasp the schedule option under Macro Calculator. Explain the "Days per Cycle" option. How does this effect your weely calorie intake?

Most low fat dressings are made that way by making water the first ingrediant. They are just deluted. Low fat bread is created by making the slices thinner.

I was on a green juice fast for the first week of my MFP activity. I lost 13 pounds and had no problems except I couldn't tolerate the taste and after taste of the juice. OMG! You lost all that weight with out eating back all your exercise calories. And, your calorie intake was to restiricted to let your body shed fat. Where was the feared Starvation Mode Demon? Ten pounds a month! Maybe every body isn't the same.

I weigh in every day and log every day. Why not? I average over a half pound loss daily and I like to micro manage my loss.

MFP probably posts total calories burned, including activity plus your BMR for time spent. Your equipment probably posts calorie burn from activity only.
